Retained as the general contractor to build a new custom home in the aftermath of the Goleta Holiday Fire. This new 3,300 sf home featured a full finished basement as well as a bonus 2nd floor loft. Extensive detailing and craftsmanship brought the clients vision of a new French Country Home with old world charm to life. Completed in 2020
